Rates
I am an out-of-network provider with insurance and require payment at the time of session. My fees are competitive with other Manhattan psychologists, and I can sometimes offer a sliding scale. Patients are given a billing receipt at the end of each month to submit to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
Insurance
Out-of-network services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session for an outside provider?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards, cash and checks are all accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Please give 48 hours advanced notice to avoid paying for missed sessions.
